We’re a family-owned dog training business based in San Diego, built around real life, real dogs, and real results.

Strategic K9 Training was founded by Kevin Sutton, a hands-on trainer who works directly with every dog and owner we serve. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs — every dog is trained based on their behavior, lifestyle, and family dynamic.

Whether you’re dealing with leash pulling, reactivity, anxiety, or obedience around distractions, our focus is creating calm, reliable behavior that works at home and in the real world.
